Introducing Curated Slideshows

Updated: May 10, 2022

It's still early in the new year, but so far 2022 has been off to a great start for us. I've rolled out a lot of changes and updates lately, and there's still more to come. I've been working really hard behind the scenes to elevate my business and create an even better experience for my clients. I have some pretty big plans for this year and I can't wait to tell you all about them!

There's so much more to photography, especially wedding photography, than just showing up and taking photos. There's a lot of communication and relationship building beforehand, to ensure I document my couples authentically and honestly. I do a lot of planning and prep work for wedding day to make sure nothing gets missed and my couples can walk away confidently, knowing that every aspect of their day has been preserved in the most beautiful way possible.

But what about after the celebration is over? Everyone always looks forward to viewing a preview from their wedding day (who wouldn't?!), and this year, I really wanted to elevate my presentation. So I'm introducing a new feature that I've added to every wedding collection:

Thoughtfully arranged slideshows, set to carefully selected music that take your photo viewing experience to a whole new level. Curated to tell the story of your unique wedding, these slideshows allow you to relive all the best moments from your day.

I'm really excited about these. Even putting these sample slideshows together for this post, I was totally transported back to their wedding days. I truly hope my couples enjoy looking back at their photos as much as I do. I've been re-editing some of my early weddings from my first year in wedding photography, and I'm obsessing over them all over again. I'll be sharing some of those re-edits on Instagram, so make sure you're following me! You can find my Instagram here.

Also, I'll be blogging each wedding this year (yay!) and adding a slideshow to each post. The best part? You can download them. You're welcome.

And you want to know something else? They are so fun to make! I really enjoy the part where I get to the end of the slideshow that I so meticulously put together and cry.
